Following its refurbishment in January 2011, the Llugwy River Restaurant has now taken on a new dimension. Sample our newly designed menu in the modern, chandelier-lit atmosphere.
The acclaimed Llugwy River Restaurant was awarded its first AA rosette in 2003 and has developed a reputation for using the finest of local Welsh ingredients.
Celebration of Welsh Food
Following on from our taster menu, which brought together quality seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, this year our award-winning team have developed an extensive à la carte menu to deliver you a true taste experience in modern Welsh cooking.
The menu is revised weekly ensuring only seasonal quality ingredients are sourced ensuring you the freshest food and flavours of Wales

Our wine list
Our extensive wine list features old and new world wines especially chosen to accompany the flavours that our menus offer.
It also features Champagne by leading vintner Louis Roederer and a large selection of wines by the glass.
Opening Times and Reservations
The Restaurant is normally open Wednesday to Saturday night from 6.30 pm with last orders at 8.45 pm and Sunday lunch from midday. Please check with reservations for availability when booking, as on occasions we are fully booked with private dining groups.
