Chef’s pressed three cheese terrine, dressed mixed leaves
Lentil, leek and caerphilly cheese pate
Hot and sour salmon, with cucumber yoghurt
Melon and fresh fruit cocktail
Cream of winter vegetable soup

Main Course
Roast sirloin of local farm assured beef,
with yorkshire pudding
Roast leg of famous conwy valley lamb
Lightly grilled breast of wild mallard
On braised red cabbage and sultanas
Loin of pork
with apricot and walnut stuffing
Roast ½ anglesey pheasant
in fresh cranberry and red wine sauce
Stir fried monkfish
in a thai green curry sauce on basmati rice
(v) mushroom and vegetable stroganoff
served on bed of rice
