With live Jazz every Thursday from 8.30 pm with the “Dixieland Jazz Rag Band” and the world famous Moelwyn Male Voice Choir play every other Friday from March till October from 8pm onwards, there’s something for everyone!
2013 bought a whole host of local talent to treat you to some noteworthy tunes and 2014 is looking even better…..
In July the incredible pairing of Anja McCloskey and Ottersgear – both on seperate UK tours and bought together by Sotones Records to play in the Stables- if folk was your thing then this was for you without doubt!
Also in July on their premier performance at the Stables the foot stomping, toe tapping, soul searching Slate Hobbits performed to a mass of Mumford style singalongs!
To end the summer season Oakfest yet again proved to be the gathering of incredible talent so much we arranged another mini festival in December so have yourself a Merry Little Oakfest!
