Following on from our taster menu, which brought together quality seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, our dedicated team have developed an outstanding table d’hote menu to deliver you a true taste experience in modern Welsh cooking.
The menu is revised weekly ensuring only seasonal quality ingredients are used guaranteeing you the freshest food and flavours of Wales, from world famous Welsh Lamb to mussels from the Menai Straits
Our wine list
Our extensive wine list features old and new world wines especially chosen to accompany the flavours that our menus offer, reviewed four times a year we work closely with Ffarm Vintners, a small local independent wine company who offer an eclectic selection of wines from around the world, to offer an exciting and varied range from independent wine growers who have a passion for what they do! You wont find any of our wines on a supermarket shelf!
It also features Champagne by leading vintner Louis Roederer and a large selection of wines by the glass.

Opening Times and Reservations
The Restaurant is normally open Wednesday to Saturday night from 6.30 pm and for Sunday lunch from midday. Please check with the reservations team for availability when booking, as on occasions we are fully booked with private dining groups.
